All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Your Order Number.
• Clear photos of the product and its packaging.
• An uncut, continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully removed and inspected.

Claims for transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a complete uncut unboxing video. This video helps us verify the condition of the package at the time of delivery and ensures a fair resolution for all customers.

Plagbox products are covered by a replacement policy for eligible manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, installed, or purchased due to a change of mind.

Replacement or refund will be provided only in the following cases:

1. Manufacturing Defects

• Replacement is available within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be inspected and verified by the Plagbox service team.
• If the same product is unavailable or out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Product

• Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Your order number, clear photos, and an uncut unboxing video are mandatory.
• After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed, as applicable.

1. Damaged or Tampered Shipment

• If the outer shipping box appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
• Immediately contact our customer support team with photos or videos of the package.
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Replacement or refund will not be applicable if:

• The product has been used, installed, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized person.
• The damage is caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, or accidents.
• Original accessories or packaging are missing.
• The claim is made without the required photos or the mandatory uncut unboxing video (where applicable).
• The claim is raised after the applicable replacement period.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Plagbox will bear the return shipping cost. For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
